WORK OF THE MONTH - ARCHIVE

L O V E

On Pluto cosmic thinking
That not all stutter stepping
at the base of the mountain
The meek shall inherit the world
In these uneven nebula skies
Continuing to walk
towards the light
Aggression tries to politic polite
Parched palettes paint crumbs
Tumbling past the ledge
Only to collect
with ashes to ashes
and dust to dust
Love stops the rush
As we thrust ourselves
into one track lies
Feeling like things are wrong
Pretending not to be surprised
When it is time to align
Hearts hold emotions
that flesh can't hide
Diminishing into
the eventual black hole
Happening anyway,
we are never satisfied
SLOW DOWN and
                          life lessons
                          will be
                          learned
